Inagh gold
Inagh Farmhouse Cheese has added to its list of awards by winning a one star Gold Great Taste Award for its St. Tola Hard Cheese.
St Tola Organic Goats Cheese has been made in Inagh Co Clare since the early 1980s. Most famous for its delicious soft chevre style log and crottin, Siobhán Ni Ghairbhith, managing director of St Tola and her crew, are over the moon at getting recognition for their much loved gouda style hard cheese.
Siobhán said "We are really delighted with this award. Winning a Great Taste Award recognizes the craft and dedication that goes into making superb food and drink. We are justly proud of all our products, but we are delighted that the hard cheese, that has long been the bridesmaid of St Tola, has finally come of age."
