Biodynamic Bees

A biodynamic bee keeping workshop will be hosted by Camphill Ballytobin, Callan, Co. Kilkenny from 25th to 28th May. The speaker, Micheal Weiler, is a Demeter bee-keeping adviser in Germany who travels regularly to give courses in the UK. The course is partially about methods of keeping bees that increase their vitality instead of causing them stress. But Michael will also speak about the broader picture of the being of the bee.

The course will be interesting for long-term beekeepers and for people who are interested in bees. The course will start with an opening talk on Monday evening (25th), and will last until Thursday midday (28th).

The cost is €75 (including meals). Accommodation can be arranged if needed. For more info please contact Stefan Koenig 085-2727323, or the Biodynamic Association Michael Miklis, 056-7754214
