New St. Tola Products
Well known organic goat’s cheese makers, Inagh Farmhouse, have launched two new products in the St. Tola range. Named ‘Divine’ and ‘Original’, they have been created in-house at Inagh in reaction to growing consumer demand for superior quality goat’s cheese in convenient ready-to-use packaging that ensures freshness.
St. Tola Divine and St. Tola Original will be available on supermarket shelves in handy 120g packs.
St. Tola Divine is a soft, fresh organic goat’s cheese with a luxurious texture and a rich, creamy flavour – ideal for those who love a mild, spreadable cheese. Meanwhile, St. Tola Original is a neatly packaged version of our ever-popular Original St. Tola Log.
Supermarkets within the Superquinn and SuperValu chains will be among the first to stock the new products. Siobhán Ní Gháirbhith of Inagh Cheese expressed her delight at the launch. “The two products were officially launched at trade events ‘Marketplace’ in Dublin and ‘Biofach’, the world’s largest organic exhibition in Germany during February. However, this month sees the products’ first outings in shops across Ireland.
“It’s an exciting time for the company. Our team has worked hard to develop two unique products. It’s highly impressive that even during the development stage, St. Tola Divine won an award for Best New Product at the Irish Food Festival in Listowel last September”.
