Rosie's Farmshop

Rosie and Liam Casey built and opened Rosie’s Farmshop in June 2011 on their farm at Poulmucka, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The farm has been in Liam’s family for three generations. Originally a quality beef farm, Liam converted to organic status in 1997. This spurred Rosie to grow organic vegetables and she completed a course in organic horticulture in 2010.

Rosie and Liam have expanded into eggs, poultry and pigs – all of which are available at Rosie’s Farmshop along with a wide range of local produce. Liam and Rosie have a strong belief in the value of good food and their shop brings quality food to the Clonmel area based on the philosophy "Buy Local, Sell Local, Think Local" and encourage people to become engaged. To date several local people have become involved with the shop by supplying other products from ready cooked home meals to local breads and cakes.
