St. Tola Award
St. Tola cheese received yet more accolades during 2011. The St Tola log was presented with two gold stars in the Great Taste Awards and received 2nd prize in the Premio Roma award in Rome earlier in the year.
Their recently launched St Tola Divine with Cranberry is just in time for the Christmas market and is available exclusively in Supervalu stores. A cranberry log is also available in selected outlets nationwide.
Siobhán Ní Ghairbith says that St Tola has teamed up with a number of other Irish cheese makers to produce a mixed cheese board for the Christmas season which will be available in local retail stores.
